Hi!
My another puppy is 5 months old and he has started barking at anyone we see when we are walking. He takes two walks a day. Always in the same neighborhood. We constantly have friends over our house, so it isn't like he is not socialized, plenty of interaction. He plays with a friends dog a few times a week. We have been home most of the summer, so he is getting attention. I have two young children. We are starting basic training the end of Sept. He is also starting to bark at anyone walking past my house and that is constantly, as we have a busy neighborhood with local park a few houses away and a well tread bike route.
I don't want to have a yappy dog. (he is a cockapoo) Please advise. I want to stop this behavior because it gets too bad! Thanks!!
