She is extremely well behaved for a puppy and a very quick learner. She enjoys to play with my parents 3 dogs when their age isn't showing too much. Ellie is very adventurous and good around kids, people, and other dogs. Altough a little hesitant at times with overactive children and dogs. But, we are working with her.
The pictures are of Ellie's ride home from the breeder and her first time at our home. She was 10 weeks in both pictures.
Here is the other pic of Ellie at 10 weeks on our car ride home from the breeder. I will post newer pics after I am better at navigation the site.
She is a pretty Dog love her face lol she looks happy too Grats on your new Giant she is precious...
Ellie was 13 weeks yesterday and weighed in at 30 lbs. She is growing pretty tall as her legs are starting to look like stilts. She is eating a cup of dry, large breed, organic puppy food three times a day. Ellie is starting to get a little mischevious and adventurous. All in all, she has a very happy personality. Thanks for reading!
Here is a picture of Ellie at 12 weeks, sitting near the same spot as she was in her pic at 10 weeks.

Thank you very much! She is an extremely happy dog!
Ellie just turned 4 months, and she is still an extremely happy puppy. She loves people, and she's learning to play nicely with other dogs. Her house training is going very well-- she still has an accident here and there, but they're becoming less and less frequent. She's getting much better at walking on her leash, and she walks farther every day.
She's getting very tall, and staying pretty lean. When she stands up, her head is above your belly button. Of course, she can reach up on to the counters now, so we have to be careful.
She's eating about 4 - 4 1/2 cups of dry large breed puppy/dog food.
14 weeks - 32 lbs.
15 weeks - 36 lbs.
16 weeks - 40 lbs.
The first picture is Ellie at 14 weeks, and the other two are at 16 weeks.
It's been a while since our last post and Ellie is doing very well. During that time Ellie has gotten spayed, learned how to walk very nicely, and grown bigger than my parents Golden Retriever. She loves to be around people and is a little shy with dogs at first. But, after a couple of minutes she opens up. At this time, she is getting around 5.5-6 cups of of Limited Ingredient adult food for dogs of all breeds and sizes. She had a lot of wax in her ears when I took her to the vet and he believed it to be from a food allergy...he thought that it could be the rice in her old food. He was not so concerned to let her have food that was not for giant breeds. He was more worried about the main contents. So, under his advice, we switched from the large breed food that contained bison and rice to chicken and sweet potato that she is eating now. We haven't had any problems with her ears since then and she is growing steadily and is doing well with the new food. Also, she does have a smaller frame for a Mastiff. The vet estimated her to get to be around 120 lbs and I am thinking she will be around 140-150 lbs. Her mother was very tall and lean at 140 and her father was a brute at 200. If anybody has any suggestions of a good large breed feed that is natural and isn't super expensive...I would appreciate it.

Ellie is now 29 weeks and weighed in at 80 lbs. She is 26 inches tall from the floor to her front shoulder. Here are a few pictures of Ellie. The first is with her American Mastiff friend named Keelie. Ellie is about 13 weeks in the pic. Another is of myself holding Ellie when she was around 25 weeks and the other is of Ellie after a snowfall a few weeks back.
If you have any butchers nearby, you can contact them. They sell things like livers and other parts that do not sell quickly for a very decent price. It is also healthier for the dog than any dog food. We do that and mix it in with Purina One large breed puppy food.
