I am starting late to this, but am interested in trying to figure out his adult weight.
Mom - English Mastiff - 120 lbs
Dad - Neapolitan Mastiff - 160lbs at 18 mos.
Biggie was 40 lbs at 13 weeks and is now
16 weeks - 56.2
I have posted a pic from a few weeks ago.

Well, he is now almost twenty weeks. We weighed him last night, with great difficulty, and he is a whopping 75 lbs! He is now losing his pupppy teeth, and chewing like a fiend. I have attached some pics we took at 18 weeks.
13 weeks - 40 lbs
16 weeks - 56 lbs
20 weeks - 75 lbs

Those sad puppy eyes are adorable. Im guessing it will be about a week before you need ANOTHER new collar

Oops! You're right, Won't be long before I can't get it off. I am going to order one from here;
http://www.blockydogs.com/index.htm , but I will need to wait until he is full grown.
I guess it's off to the pet store...once again.

Oh, I know the feeling. I have a nice collection of practically every size collar. I think Peabody's neck has finally stopped growing - he's 22 months.

He has such a sweet face. I love the sad puppy eyes.
He is such a handsome man. Curious what he looks like now!
Here are some pics taken in March. He is 1.5 years now. Haven't weighed him in ages. I am keeping him lean, better for his joints, I think. He could easily put on another 20 lbs and still be fit.
He's a great dog, just not sure how he manages to get his drool up near the ceiling. Our house........completely overtaken by him. I say it is like having a teenage boy with the mind of a two year old living in our house. The living room, which was once our 'showpiece' is now the dog's bedroom, but we wouldn't change a thing.
My husband wants another one, but I think one is enough!
Here he is looking over the Island for tidbits. He is so tall that he can
stand on the island and peer into the fruitbowl, select a piece of fruit (he loves apples, bananas and avacados) and then scurry off to eat it is peace. What a mess he leaves!!
If you notice the stainless steel barrier behind him....When he was a puppy, he jumped up on the gas cooktop stove to see if there was anything good to eat. When he put his paw up on the stove he inadvertently turned the knob and lit the burner. That scared him and he jumped back, catching the 'O' ring on his choke chain on the grate. Luckily, he was strong enough to pull the grate off when he jumped back and then he went tearing out into the back yard with a huge bang. So loud, the neighbour ran out to find the dog standing there with a gas range grate hanging from his neck. When my kids came into the kitchen, the stove was on full blast, the kitchen reeked of anal glands (fear response) and the dog was wondering what the heck just happened. We quickly put up the makeshift guard and haven't had a problem since!!!

Wow. He just gets cooler and cooler. What was the coloring of the mom?
Dad is black. Mom is tan with a black mask.
He is almost identical to his Daddy except his Sire's head is a little squarer.

He's such a cool looking dog. I actually did research on getting into a Neopolitan female after seeing him, but I'm not really interested in being on THAT side of breeding. I plan on breeding my male in a few years, so long as his OFA certifications are good and he continues looking like I want him to.

He is awesome! It will be interesting to see how he fills out over the next year or so.
Oh my gosh - I just read your gas range story!!! What a mess. The trouble these guys can get into never ceases to amaze me.
Love the pics

oh my goodness! He is cute! I love his big ears

The gas range story is HILARIOUS, I had to read it to my husband and was laughing so hard I could barely do it. I'm so glad that it wasn't a disaster! Biggie is gorgeous!
he is gorgeous, just the kind of dog I wanted. Black, big, and beutiful....but couldn't find one, so a week ago we bought a fawn male to befriend our 5yr old girl-both OE mastiffs. What did you feed him when he was a puppy or still feed him? and how do you figure out his adult weight. I think my little one Winston is going to be small even though the dad and mom were 215 and 175, respectively.
